Ingredients:
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 package (12 ounces) egg noodles, cooked and drained
1-1/2 cups frozen peas
1-1/2 cups frozen corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, and garlic powder. Add in the chicken, noodles, peas, corn, and cheese, and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4. In a separate small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
5. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly.

1 pound chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 ounces linguine pasta
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic powder. Pour the mixture over the chicken and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. During the last 2 minutes of cooking time, add in the asparagus to the pot.
3. While the pasta is cooking, heat a grill pan over high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and grill on both sides until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
4. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and asparagus and return them to the pot.
5. Add the butter, Parmesan cheese, and reserved pasta cooking water to the pot. Stir well until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
6. Divide the pasta and asparagus among four plates. Slice the grilled chicken and place on top of each plate of pasta.
