Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing with you a tasty recipe for Indian Style Pasta. This is a fusion dish that combines classic Italian pasta with Indian spices and flavors. It’s sure to be a hit at any dinner table!
Indian Style Pasta Recipe
Start off by boiling 8 ounces of pasta in a pot of salted water until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside. Next, heat up 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in 1 chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Next, add in 1 chopped tomato, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomato has softened.
Now it’s time to add in the pasta! Mix everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the spicy tomato sauce. Let it cook for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta
