After a month’s delay and some more pressing matters (not related to A1 Chesney), Aaron W has bounced back from a bad experience and renewed our faith in this company. Throughout our interaction, Aaron W was positive, confident and had the ability to resolve our situation. Will bring him back next time we need a plumber! Phil was able to postpone some appointments he had already made so that the house could be fitted with a new tankless hot water system. He and Raheem did a great job with the installation and explained the system to me very well, knowing I was distracted by other things. They were extremely professional in dealing with a difficult customer. I would recommend them anytime – it’s not often you find people who go out of their way to help in difficult situations these days. They gave me peace of mind and a great product.
